To whom it may concern,

I am writing this as a testimony to the craftsmanship of  Mr. Larry Mc Cabe, proprietor of August Creek Construction.  Mr. Mc Cabe  built two decks for me in the year 2000 and I have never been more satisfied with anything in my life.

The main deck is 20 feet by 16 feet  and attached to it is an octagonal (tub deck) that is 16 feet by 16 feet.  The decks were constructed of treated lumber and finished in white PVC.  The decking is entirely of PVC and there is an overhead trellis on both decks.  This brief description does not do justice to this great piece of work.  It really needs to be seen to be appreciated so I would invite any one interested to come and see it.  I will be very pleased to show it to you.

Larry, built this sizeable deck by himself with only a minimum of help and finished it in a little over a month.  Larry likes to work by himself and  to tell the truth he doesn’t need much help.  He is very precise and diligent and because of these two qualities he turns out outstanding work.

It gives me great pleasure to recommend Larry for any construction needs.
